Shipping & returns
After receiving your payment we can ship items within 5 working days. We have most items in stock, but we will inform you if the shipment will take more than 5 working days.
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via email and information about when we will ship your order. Your jewelry will be shipped through PostNL. You will receive a tracking code after shipment.
Delivery costs are:
The Netherlands: € 4,50, orders above € 75 euro are free of shipment costs
Europe: € 6,50, orders above € 100 euro are free of shipment costs
Rest of the world: €11,00
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can send it back to us within 14 days. Please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com.
We will refund the total amount within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands we’ll refund your purchase minus shipping costs. We cannot refund your extra shipping costs for sending it back. We advise you to send it with a tracking code.
We can only refund unworn, undamaged jewelry in the original package. If an item is delivered broken we’ll refund your additional shipping costs and we’ll replace it for a new item.
